Job Description:
We are seeking a confident Junior Designer to join our creative team and support the 3 design leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and a keen eye for detail. The role involves working on anything from digital design, banner roll-outs, print, packaging, POS to exhibition graphics, for clients in the tech, pharma, and retail sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Execute production of final assets as required, both in digital and print adhering to client’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the rest of the design team to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign)to create and refine designs.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to enhance the agency’s creative capabilities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic or digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Figma would also be advantageous, as would PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the tech, pharma, and retail industries is a plus.

· Salary: Up to R150k – 400k D.O.E.
