This quote from Marian Bantjes sums it up for us. We get involved. Your logo becomes ours. Your brand speaks for us as much as it does for you and your business. When this happens, we do our best work, and is part of the reason we’re picky about who we work with.
Here is the process:
As explained in our section on startup branding packages, we will find out as much as we can about your business and it’s typical customer base.
It’s not just about your likes and dislikes with regards to logos, colours and fonts. (Though feel free to let us know!) It’s also about where you want to position yourself in your market and the image you’d like to portray, whether it be fun and quirky, high-end and premium, and/or something in between.
We also undertake detailed analysis of your competitors. What are they doing right that you’d like to emulate or improve upon? What are they doing wrong that gives you an entrance into their existing customer base?
We combine this knowledge with your story, your USP and come up with our initial take using mood boards.
